We will cover the following subject areas:
Assessment and training of drivers ensruing they are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, skills and competence
Legal responsibilities in relation to managing driver assessment and training - incl Driver CPC, TM CPC and Van Driver Training
Review existing assessment and training policies
Undertake a training needs analysis, develop a training plan with a business case based on the requirements of the training plan
Assess the outcomes of training, evaluate its impact and make recommendations for improvements / future needs
